2. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the swing tag un-removed.
- Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
- Kindly be aware that should an item be found stained, damaged, or in a worn condition upon inspection, there is a possibility it may be returned to you.
3. Return Postal Code
- The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.
- When processing your refund, the return postal cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
4. Damaged Items
We are so sorry If you receive a damaged item from us, please contact us immediately at returns@rabaya.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
We aim to respond to all damage claims within 5 working days and will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
