How can I place an order online?

To place an order online, browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to track your order through our delivery partner’s website.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team before placing an order.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased from Rabaya.com. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please visit our returns page for full instructions.

What is the refund process?

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

For the by 3 for 2 offer the whole order has to be shipped within 14 days in order to get a full refund.

How do I return an item?
