14-Day Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any items purchased from Rabaya.com. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be in their original condition
Be unworn and unwashed
Have the swing tag intact and unremoved
Please ensure your item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
If an item is found to be stained, damaged, or worn upon inspection, it may be returned to you and a refund may not be issued.
Return Postal Costs
The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.
When processing your refund, the return postage amount will be deducted from your total refund.

A brief description of the damage
Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
We aim to respond within 5 working days and will advise you on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process
